1 General Terms & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Policy

Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, a false date of birth, or a misrepresented location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

gbg33 may at any time request that you complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") as part of our anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, or at any time where gbg33 has reasonable cause to verify your identity. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or the account being temporarily restricted.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

gbg33 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions on gbg33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and/or withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, DBBL (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on gbg33 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set at platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your gbg33 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. gbg33 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may levy their own service charges.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on gbg33 are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbg33 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any fees charged by your individual payment provider are outside gbg33's control and remain your responsibility.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sportsbook Rules

Bets placed on gbg33's sportsbook — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gbg33 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except where the cash-out feature is available and actively used by the player before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that sport or market. As a general principle, single bets on cancelled events are voided and the stake is returned; accumulator bets with a cancelled leg are re-settled without the voided selection.

5.2 Casino & Slots Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbg33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a gbg33 account.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, or providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering: Using gbg33 as a vehicle for depositing and withdrawing funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment. gbg33 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gbg33's liability for death or personal injury caused by gbg33's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gbg33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third-party right; or (d) any dispute between you and another user of the gbg33 platform.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international online gaming law as commonly applied by reputable gaming operators, to the extent consistent with applicable law in the jurisdiction from which you access gbg33.
